Delta Air Lines’ Commercial Manger East and West Africa, Mr. Bobby Bryan, has stated that the airline is committed to the Nigerian market. “I want to emphasise our commitment to the Nigerian market. This new flight is a key part of Delta’s Africa expansion and ensures that we maintain our position as the number one US carrier to Nigeria and more broadly to Africa. While we continue to expand travel option for our customers, we are also committed to overall travel experience on our Lagos and Abuja flight”, he remarked at a press conference shortly after the inaugural flight landed in Abuja. Bryan said Delta had also increased the capacity on the Lagos to Atlanta flights and operate a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft effective from July and that already it has seen a high demand for the non stop service between the two commercial cities. |
