Sheraton Lagos links the world PDF Print E-mail

Sheraton Hotel Lagos, a leading hospitality industry in Lagos, has officially opened its link@sheraton experience with Microsoft, a worldwide project unique in all Sheraton hotels and
described by the management as another way by which the hotel is connecting Nigeria tourism to the global world.
The link@sheraton project gives guests access to pre-release versions of new software from Microsoft and allows guests to explore Microsoft web cameras for each workstation. This innovation comes with a step by step online tutorial that puts guests through this invigorating experience and allows them to connect with loved ones in a unique way.
Link@Sheraton is designed to serve the needs of its core guests who are social successful individuals seeking to balance week and have fun while also giving room for travel guest to interact with each other while they check the email, research local attractions, print boarding passes using free Wi-Fi and internet-enabled computer station and also giving them the
opportunity to send video post cards to riends and families across the globe.
According to Alexander Gassauer, the Area Manager Nigeria and General Manager, Sheraton Lagos Hotel, he said “this is another way by which Sheraton Lagos Hotel is connecting Nigeria tourism to global world”.
The Link@Sheraton experience also features televisions, daily newspaper and the Link café featuring Sobe Life Water to offer guests a healthy form of hydration
with all natural herbal ingredients. Through its relationship with Microsoft,the new “link@sheraton experience with Microsoft” will offer Microsoft computer terminals and internet access point running Microsoft product.
The project is also targeted at professionals who is no longer chained to the office and can smoothly maintain their day to day activities. The link@sheraton is currently rolling out to Sheraton hotels world wide as a key component of a comprehensive effort to regenerate the iconic Sheraton brand and enhance the guest experience\ at Sheraton’s 408 hotels
in 75 countries.

Sheraton hotel Lagos has also been included in the repackaging scheme of United States based hospitality giant, Starwood Hotels Resort plans to upgrade Sheraton Hotel around the world at a cost of $4.1billion ( N483.8 billion)
