The seafood at Marmundo Restaurant comes with class and taste; it caters for the creative buds of health and leisure loving folks. But one must carry a membership card. Tolashe Kike Oyemade has seen them all, has eaten them all. But she felt something missing. This vibrant career woman who owns Selina Seafood Affair, the company that has been managing Eko Tourist Beach Resort for more than fifteen years, did not rest on her oars. She decided to supply the missing link to the growing throng of fast food bud by setting up a sea food restaurant. Out there, along Olosha Street, inVictoria Island Lagos, Tolashe carved an outlet for lover of seafood. And she named it Marmundo. But she did not design her Marmundo for any specialized or select group because in her understanding, everyone needs healthy diet. That seafood occupies a very prominent position in this food segment is not news for the any ‘modernized’ adult. What is news is that Tolashe decided to bring technology into her seafood payment pattern. “We are different because here we operate a credit card system of service” Tolashe discloses. As the first restaurant to fully arrive this level of technological innovation, she has the right to boast. While other restaurants pitch ATM and credit card machines owned by partnering banks inside their eating places, Marmundo has gone ahead to design Marmundo Membership card managed by Skye Bank Nigeria. The card which is designed in three categories of Gold, Silver and Classic, is a prepaid and re-loadable card with internet access. It is valid for two years and can be loaded at any Marmundo Restaurant or Skye bank branch nationwide. Among its benefits is a discount on every purchase in the restaurant
